Payment Options


Paying Your Quarterly Assessments

At CCMC, we offer a number of convenient payment options, which include: credit/debit card, regular check, E-check, direct debit (ACH) and bill pay. Whichever method you choose, please be certain to include your account number to ensure proper application of your payment.  

Checks:
Please make checks payable to the Mariposa Community Association, and mail your payment directly to:

Direct Debit (ACH Withdrawal):

The direct-debit payment option is available at no charge. Sign-up to have your assessment payment automatically drafted from your bank account the month your payment is due.  Please download the application form below, complete all information as requested, and mail the completed application with a copy of a voided check to CCMC to complete your enrollment process.

To download our direct debit authorization form, please click on the following link: Direct Debit Form. Completed forms and a copy of your voided check, may be returned to your Community Manager directly, be emailed to: scottsdalefrontdesk@ccmcnet.com, or be faxed to: 480-921-7564.

Electronic Checks & Credit Card Payments:
In order to use either of these two services, please visit our web-site at: http://www.ccmcnet.com/pay-online/ and follow the instructions. From there you will be linked to Smartstreet processing service center. 

There is a $14.95 processing fee per credit card transaction, this fee is paid to SmartStreet for card handling. Please note there is no charge for electronic check transactions. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover will be accepted. Recurring credit card payments with Smartstreet are valid for one year or when your credit card expires, whichever is sooner. At that time, it will be necessary for you to renew your payment with Smartstreet. If you have recurring payments with Smartstreet and your assessment has changed, it will be necessary to update your payment information with Smartstreet. If you wish to make any changes to your account with Smartstreet, you may access it through our website. CCMC and Smartstreet are not related companies. To comply with privacy laws, we do not share personal information.

Bill-Payment Services:
If you are using a third-party bill-payment service, please review your account number and remittance address. Many bill-payment services remit electronically and the correct account number is essential for proper posting. If your assessment rate changes in the future, you must also update your bill-payment processor. The remittance address for your mailed payments is:
